Orders can now also be received in person \u2013 in 7\/9 Kungu Street, Riga or<\/b> 74 Jomas Street, Jurmala. This goes as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. Complete your purchase on the Internet.<\/li>\n
  2. Wait for the SMS with confirmation that the order is ready.<\/li>\n
  3. Go to the shop on 7\/9 Kungu Street (big windows labeled \u201cPIENENE\u201d) or 74 Jomas Street, Jurmala (shop \u201cBROKOLIS\u201d)<\/b> and receive your package!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Shipping costs will be shown before payment of the order.
    \nWithin Latvia, we recommend using OMNIVA parcel service, but outside Latvia – Latvian postal service (Latvijas Pasts) which allows you to track shipments.<\/p>\n

    Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you for some reason put in an incorrect or wrong address please contact customer service as soon as possible, prior to receiving our confirmation email. Once the package has been shipped it is not our responsibility.<\/p>\n

    We carefully package our products in packages or tubes to ensure that the shipment reaches you in perfect condition.<\/p>\n

    \nEuropean Union countries: 7-18 working days (sending via Latvian postal service)

    We offer our customers to return purchased products for an Exchange<\/strong> or Refund<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt<\/strong> of the product, provided that the item is in perfect condition<\/strong>, unworn, and all tags are attached.<\/p>\n

    All products are carefully checked for quality and any defects before being dispatched to customers.<\/p>\n
