Who can use the risk-free trial?

Only as a first-time THATDAY customer you can try the menstrual panties and return them after 40 days of receiving the order to get a full refund (excludes shipping). The 40-day trial period does not apply if the size proves to be too small after use. You can always request a change of size or model before use within 14 days of receipt.

How many pairs of panties does it cover?

The 40-day risk-free trial is limited to one pair of worn panties.

Does it mean I have to place my first order with only one pair of panties?

You can buy more than one pair of panties on your first order, and if you are not satisfied with the one product you have tried, you can also return all other unworn and clearly unused garments in their original packaging with the hygiene sticker intact for a refund.

What do I need to do to request a product return and a refund?

Please email hello@thatday.eu with your order number and reason for returning the product using the subject line RISK-FREE TRIAL to help with feedback or fill out the form in your Customer profile. We will then contact you and inform you about the following steps.

Products not covered by the risk-free trial:
