How It Works

  2. Receive your personal affiliate link and discount code.
  3. Share your link or code with your audience, friends, family, or community.
  4. When someone places an order using your link or discount code, the sale is attributed to your account.
  5. Your customer receives 10% off their order.
  6. You earn a 5% reward on every eligible purchase.
  7. Track your performance and earnings by logging into your affiliate dashboard.
  8. Once your approved reward balance reaches €30, you become eligible for a monthly reward payout in the form of a ThatDay coupon code.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 years or older may apply to join the ThatDay Affiliate Program. By joining the program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

ThatDay reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Account

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping login credentials secure.

Affiliates can access their dashboard by logging into their account through the ThatDay website.

3. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes

Each affiliate will receive:

  • A unique affiliate tracking link
  • A unique discount code

Customers who use either the affiliate link or the assigned discount code will be attributed to the affiliate whenever tracking is successfully recorded.

Affiliates may not modify, copy, misuse, or impersonate another affiliate’s tracking information.

4. Reward Structure

Affiliates earn a reward equal to 5% of the qualifying order value for every eligible sale generated through their affiliate link or discount code.

Customers using an affiliate discount code receive a 10% discount on their purchase.

Rewards are calculated on completed and approved orders and do not include shipping fees, taxes, refunded orders, cancelled orders, or returned products.

ThatDay reserves the right to modify reward rates, discount amounts, or other program benefits in the future. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

5. Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase is a completed order that:

  • Has been successfully paid for
  • Has not been refunded, cancelled, or charged back
  • Complies with these Terms & Conditions

Orders placed using fraudulent methods or in violation of these Terms will not qualify for rewards.

6. Refunds and Returns

If an order is refunded, cancelled, returned, or charged back, any associated reward may be cancelled or deducted from future reward balances.

7. Affiliate Rewards and Payouts

Affiliate rewards are issued in the form of ThatDay store coupons.

Once an affiliate has accumulated at least €30 in approved rewards, ThatDay will manually issue a coupon code equal to the approved reward balance. Coupon payouts are processed on a monthly basis.

Rewards remain pending until the applicable return and refund period has passed. Only approved rewards count toward the €30 payout threshold.

Coupon codes may only be redeemed on purchases made through the ThatDay website and cannot be exchanged for cash, bank transfers, or other forms of payment.

If the approved reward balance is below €30, it will remain in the affiliate account and continue accumulating until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

8. Self-Referrals

Affiliates may not earn rewards on purchases made for their own personal use through their own affiliate link or discount code unless explicitly approved by ThatDay.

9. Promotional Guidelines

Affiliates may promote ThatDay through:

  • Social media
  • Blogs and websites
  • Email newsletters
  • Personal recommendations
  • Community groups

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims about ThatDay products
  • Engage in spam marketing
  • Purchase advertisements using ThatDay brand names without written permission
  • Misrepresent themselves as employees or representatives of ThatDay
  • Use unethical, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices

10. Account Suspension or Termination

ThatDay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in activity deemed harmful to the brand.

Any unpaid rewards generated through fraudulent or prohibited activity may be withheld or cancelled.

11. Changes to the Program

ThatDay may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time. Updated Terms & Conditions will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.
