Wear them until it feels comfortable, then just take them off and put the spare panties on, but the used ones in a zipper pouch and continue on rocking the world!
Attention – Wash before wearing! This will soften the fabric and provide better absorbency. Wash by hand or machine at 40°. Follow the instructions on care label. Do not use together with sanitary pad!

I started using ThatDay period panties back in 2022, and I used the “Heavy Flow MID-rise Period Proof Panties LIMITED – Black, XS” as well as the HIGH-rise ones, and they’re honestly still really good. I liked the old design more because it felt much more breathable :) Even though the mesh area near the seam tore a little, they still function just as well as the current KIMA and LOLA models. They’re much softer and actually absorb heavy periods even a bit longer than 8 hours. These are the ones I feel safe wearing during the first days of my period and overnight.
But I’d say the Ella ones — the short-style panties — are not really suitable for heavy flow, and I wouldn’t recommend wearing them overnight either, since I leaked through them myself.
Lietoju pāris mēnešus, līdz šim naktī noplūde nav bijusi. Pasūtīju biksītes vadoties pēc izmēru tabulas, bet ir diezgan ciešas, tā, ka prasītos lielāks izmērs.
Man ir 3 pāri! Iesaku! Nenožēloju! Mans labākais dzīves lēmums- pamēģināt! Nav bijusi neviena noplūdē nakti. Un ir mani glābušas vairākas reizes ikdienas skrējiena.
