Orders can now also be received in person – in 7/9 Kungu Street, Riga or 74 Jomas Street, Jurmala. This goes as follows:

  1. Complete your purchase on the Internet.
  2. Wait for the SMS with confirmation that the order is ready.
  3. Go to the shop on 7/9 Kungu Street (big windows labeled “PIENENE”) or 74 Jomas Street, Jurmala (shop “BROKOLIS”) and receive your package!

*You can receive your package after the confirmation.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping costs will be shown before payment of the order.
Within Latvia, we recommend using OMNIVA parcel service, but outside Latvia – Latvian postal service (Latvijas Pasts) which allows you to track shipments.

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday). Once your package has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. If you for some reason put in an incorrect or wrong address please contact customer service as soon as possible, prior to receiving our confirmation email. Once the package has been shipped it is not our responsibility.

We carefully package our products in packages or tubes to ensure that the shipment reaches you in perfect condition.

Delivery time*:
Baltic States: 2-7 working days (sending via Omniva parcel terminal/ Latvian postal service)
European Union countries: 7-18 working days (sending via Latvian postal service)
outside the European Union: 2-4 working weeks (sending via Latvian postal service)

Returns

We offer our customers to return purchased products for an Exchange or Refund.

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product, provided that the item is in perfect condition, unworn, and all tags are attached.

All products are carefully checked for quality and any defects before being dispatched to customers.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from stains and odors.

  • Items must be in their original packaging and include all hygienic stickers.

  • Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

All orders are shipped in packaging that can be reused for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • To return or exchange in person at our partner stores (Pienene, Vecrīga or D-IQ Baltijas dizaina preču salons, Stockmann), please contact us in writing prior your visit to our partner stores via email: hello@thatday.eu 

If you wish to return the product for a Refund, the payment for the product(s) will be returned once we confirm that all return conditions have been met.

If you wish to Exchange the product, please specify the model and size of the item you wish to receive (in writing via email or by adding a note to your shipment). If you wish to exchange for a different model, the customer is responsible for paying any difference in product value.

Once the returned product is received by THATDAY, the return will be processed for an Exchange or Refund as per your request within 10 days.
